Liability Disclaimer
By agreeing to purchase, and by the completion of purchase
of design plans, the purchaser, agrees, to indemnify, and
hold the inventor of C-Cub utility boards, any of its
agents, or employees, or any other person, persons, and or
web sites, non liable for any and all injury claims.
It is further agreed by purchaser, that any heirs, family
members, corporate interests, or attorneys representing
purchaser expressly agree and understand, that the purchase
of design plans, and or hardware, strapping, or any other
components of the C-Cub utility board is a 'USE AT OWN RISK'
agreement.
It is agreed that this liability disclaimer agreement is
effective at the point of purchase, and for the lifetime of
purchaser, heirs, corporate interest, or attorneys
representing same.
Purchase Agreement
Purchaser agrees that use of design plans, material lists,
construction recommendations, or any other materials, or
designs, associated with C-Cub utility boards, or hinges is
limited to single use by purchaser. Purchaser agrees that
"single use" prohibits the sale, or manufacture, or
distributions. The sale, or manufacture, or distribution of
the plans, and or diagrams of
C-Cub utility boards.
